I agree there isn't a need to be mean spirited, but don't feel too much pity for her;she has parlayed genuine air-headedness and marginal vocal talent into a fortune.

and she thought Chicken of the Sea tuna WAS chicken - - while she was eating it. Had I not actually seen that on her show, I would not have believed it. I think she is just an air-head. She actually seems very nice.

And a spectacular smile and body.
If Jessica Simpson and Jason Castro are the best we can do here as far a celebrity sightings, then 30A is surely doomed.

Where is Cheryl Crowe when you need her?
Don't hate, appreciate!

I don't pity her at all, I just think unless someone has really met someone in person their on screen persona can be just that; on screen. Some really nice; so it seems; screen stars can be a real pain in the butt in reality.

I don't know, but until I am sure I give everyone the benefit of the doubt.

I mean she can't be totally useless, as you said she has taken little and made a fortune, not many others can say that.

Whoopee. Jessica Simpson and a boyfriend.

I was much more excited about David Klein posting of Jelly Belly fame. People who make the world a better place IMO are much more interesting, oh, and make candy or toys.

gosh guys, I found it very interesting that she stopped in at B & A's. That was one of the first things I told Mr. JR this morning when I logged on sowal!

I guess it's different when you don't get down for a few years and then to see where there's a celebrity dining at a place that you're familiar with.

:dunno:

I don't get why so many are poo-poo'ing the fact that some of us think it's cool that they were sighted here...

Just because you aren't fans (to tell the truth- I'm not either) or that she hasn't made any significant contribution to society doesn't mean we can't have some fun with it or think it's interesting when a famous/infamous person is around our little paradise...

I am no fan of Karl Rove but must admit it is cool that he is a Rosemary Beach dweller of some sort...

Mango, did anyone go negative on the David Klein posting you mentioned? You know, say something like- "Whoopie- David Klein"...

Is everyone hung over or something? Sheesh. :dunno:
