I have kept my hair shoulder length most of my life but occsionally I will go short...like now I have a bob style which is great because the humidity makes my hair curl so with it off my neck it doesn't get so curly. I have had it Princess Di short in the late 80's and when I go short I love how easy it is...But I always get bothered by the grow out stages those are always hard to tolerate but change is good and it grows back.
I'm really liking that new Katie Holmes cut!

I got my hair cut a little shorter than chin length a few weeks ago. Now I want it much shorter. I am just tired of being a slave to my hair. I think there are some really cute short cuts and I am ready to bite the bullet and just do it. I love jdargs hair and it looks so good on her, and I have always envied people that had hair like that. So, what I am thinking is this.....has anyone every gone from long, or medium length to really short and just hated it? Or have you done it and loved it?

also, I've done this before, and loved it. may do it again... why the hail not.

KDW / PV - just got my hair cut short, but its just making me mad because it is not short enough, and it is not the right cut. will have to find my mojo.

That is so kind and sweet, and just what I needed tonight...thanks.. I think I am waiting a little while to decide. One of my daughters is resistent, (don't know why i bothered mentioning it to her) so I am going to try not to stress her.

Finished my own chemo a couple months back. I went the gradual or as needed hair change route. Main thing is to take good care of your hair. And remember if it comes to it you can buy some Kate Spade scarves and fix a fabulous doo rag. And, you can do it. Do lots of spa time and pamper yourself...God Bless
