And what ever happened to the "ed" suffix on so many common words & usages? As in, "happened to" and not "happen to"?

We used to talk about iced tea, screened porches, and canned vegetables.

And waxED paper.

HA HA!!! Al Gore had not, yet, invented the internet when I played there. Despite my youthful demeanor I'm probably older than you think! That would have been back in pre-Beta times!

I try not to used waxed or saraned wrapped....stay away from aluminum, too..........

I need to talk with her about this reedikulous nickname.

A nasty petroleum by product nasty floor material found only in the nastiest of places! UGH - I'd rather be a nice heart of pine, 8" plank, slightly scorched and on a diagonal........that's the floor I'm putting in.......

Oh well, at least we found ED!
