I don't remember The Holiday. I'll check it out!
It is a very cute movie.
I was very disappointed by the "Family Stone" - mostly because the ads made it seem like a comedy, not a tearjerker. (Plus I don't like SJP that much).
Love the Holiday! Don't really think of it as a Christmas movie, but it is hilarious!
We rented "Four Christmases" from the Redbox. It was just barely an "eh."

Oh! now I remember seeing that movie - it was a good one! would like to see it again.
One of my favorite Christmas movies, and not given nearly enough attention, is Prancer with Sam Elliot. It's one of those heartwarming, realistic movies that indicates that not everything is perfect in the world. Even though it's a low budget movie, the scenery, photography and editing are done quite well. The acting is wonderful, especially the little unknown actress that plays Jessica, Sam's daughter. It's about what the true meaning of Christmas is; and that is family, love, and faith.
A Christmas Story and Christmas Vacation are my favorites. But I like Frosty the Snowman and Rudolph and A Charlie Brown Christmas where the animated cartoons are concerned.
