What a great lesson to our elementary students that the President of the US can't talk to them without his 2 teleprompters?!?!? And people thought GWB was incompetent??? I think I would take my chances with Dubya in an quiz bowl over Obama; however, I would take Obama's teleprompters over both.

Guess I'm dumber than both of them - I always thought those were sound baffles, not teleprompters. Guess I have always been more focused by what he actually says and does, not his accessories.

Not in my opinion - think it's just a way to disparage his public speaking.

God forbid our nation's school children take away the lesson that it's okay to use technology to make things easier or as a back-up. :roll:

take a look at all the photos - the Pres is relaxed and greeting students, etc. I guess his speech was given in a professional manner and then followed by a relaxed discussion.

I think the OP has every right to post, I mean if we stop all minuscule issues from being shared we eliminate some of our best discussions.
