I like heavy mascara, heavy eye shadow with lots and lots of lipstick. This gives me that transvestite/street whore look I've been after.
I love Burt's Bees lip gloss too, but it melts like a mo-fo in FL in the summer!
I have had several aestheticians tell me not to use Oil of Olay products - they are a weird Ph or something. St. Ives scrubs are also on their "no-no lists" because they are too harsh.
I'd like more info on these serums you're talking about. I'd like porcelain skin, too!

I am certainly, not the one to be giving beauty advice, but, I too can not bear the feeling of makeup. It makes my face feel dirty, although, when I do use it, the mineral makeups do feel silky on the skin. I never go darker with foundation, than my pasty white skin, it looks dirty to me. I add some color with a light bronzer, covering alot of cheek, forehead, nose and chin. Then, add light covering of blush to apples of cheeks and blend, blend, blend with a circlular motion. Finish with "Coty" airspun, translucent powder. Have used the Coty since Highschool and it smells real good. Finish with a washcloth, I got in a pedicure kit (never used it on my feet). It has a slightly gritty texture and I lightly buff my face, to get excess out of pores and creases. then lightly powder, again.
But, that's not really what I wanted share. I came across a recipe for an exfoliating body mask, that is amazing. Take oatmeal and put it in a blender, but just like my cooking, I always change things up a bit, so I add a goodly amount of flax seeds in with oatmeal and pulse. Then, add some honey and buttermilk, until you get the right consistancy (not too dry, not too runny). Don't ask measurements, just as in cooking , don't really use them. Slather on body and keep gently rubbing in, until it gets too stiff. Let dry completely, then have the dog lick ya clean (a little extra exfoliating). NO, rinse with warm water and as it can be a bit difficult, I use a wash cloth , to gently rub it off. Follow, with a pure shea butter. "Halaleverday", they also have other products, I am anxious to try. You will notice an improvement, almost immediately! Hope some one else will benifit from this
I'm not really sure what Rapunzel uses on me, I'm pretty sure it's the cheap stuff though.
FWIW Alicia, I can rock out the smokey eye look.
I'm still looking for the pre-done eyelid pieces. Apparently they come in various patterns like leopard skin, zebra, etc. I think Dillard's carries them, but it might be Claire's.
Nevermind, found it and apparently it works on regular eyeshadow too!

I have a smash box kit for the smokey eye look. May have to bring it to you with my stencils so you can teach me how to rock it and not look like Amy Winehouse after an all nighter
The stick on looks cool but I would so find a way to mess that up : )
