Right here!
Far right on the NY Times link you posted, choose Florida and then scroll down. Keep in mind that Amendments require 60% or there dead.

Campaign finance is still alive.
Active duty military will be getting a tax cut.
Developers still control the state.
Districts will be redrawn by a system rather than whatever the current office holder feels is most beneficial.
Class size relaxation died, the legislature will just have to figure out how to meet the limits they were given 8 years ago.
The non-binding referendum that cost millions to get on the ballot to determine if a balanced budget amendment to the US constitution, apparently to save money, passed.

Y'all, voting trends told us this would happen. We are privileged to live here where we have the most brilliant judicial system in the world.

If only the Republicans understood compromise, they'll stonewall anything that isn't a full repeal instead of working together to fix it.

I believe we are all going to be surprised. I think there might be stonewalling at first, but that won't persist. They want the kudos. They'll compromise.

This is where the true division of Tea Baggers and Republicans will show.

I foresee a much bigger separation between the R's and T's come 2012.

Congratulations on a classy campaign by David Pleat, who worked his tail off to represent the Gulf Coast residents as well as those north of the bay. Hello near shore drilling!

I have lived here 4 years, and have once again been shocked by politics- the Panhandle defies logic.
