Thank you for the PDF. I just read in section 3 that attending religious services is considered essential. I don't understand, as the very nature of a congregation means 'to congregate' which means to 'gather into a crowd or mass'. A pastor was just arrested in my home state of LA for having service. This confuses me. As a home owner in Blue Mtn, I cannot walk on my beach, yet I can attend a church service in an indoor building. Can someone help me see the logic and safety in this? I am not asking for trolls to respond with some smart remarks, as I am in earnest when I ask. Thank you SoWal.

Maybe there will be an exemption for the 'worship on the beach' groups and you can go to the beach for a little while. Keeping your distance, of course:evil:

You are a disgusting person. How high does this number have to go before you deem people's lives worthy of your world view?

Please go back to your fox news world view and leave decent people here alone, troll.

So much for having a nice discussion. Expect bob1 to chide you. FYI, I don’t watch Fox News, nor have I quoted Fox News. Most everything I have posted has been linked, verifiable info. And you? You just jump in to call names and try and bully people. Cyber of course. Physically, I seriously doubt it. Have a nice day. It’s pretty outside.

The mainstream media doesn’t report conspiracy theories and apparently you do.

No....that’s your department and I have already called you on it. Would you like me to quote your post? Those are real numbers my friend. Don’t worry, with the coming depression (that is engineered) along with either a Venezuela or Iran (much more likely) war by this Fall, there will be plenty to blame Trump for. And no, I’m not a Trump fan.

I guess he wants to make sure churches are able to spread the word, I mean virus.

Ron DeSantis quietly signed second executive order targeting local coronavirus restrictions

The follow up action was taken to “provide clarity,” the order says. In practice, however, it’s a stark reversal from what DeSantis signed only hours earlier. Under the prior order, cities and counties could not allow activities that the state prohibited but could put in place tougher stay-at-home orders.

Weak Governor. I'm so sorry for Florida. Everything is half measures, too late, conflicting and confusing, and according to what the White House task force will allow. There is no federal level strategy. There is no one in charge.

We need leadership right now based on science and the unique needs of our state and communities. Not political or ideology. This pandemic doesn't care about politics. Just my opinion.

What a shame. DeSantis is a nice enough guy, articulate, likeable, seemingly capable. Every day of this pandemic makes more clear that Florida is floundering. Not leading.

So thankful that our community started demanding action a month ago. Seaside and other Beach towns took action, without which we would still have a massive spring break crowd here. Beaches are still open in some places around Florida.
