Zero law expertise, but the article claims he could receive up to twenty years. This is his second Florida indictment and he was also indicted by a federal grand jury in NY last August along with Bannon who was pardoned by former guy.

Seems like they can accommodate him as they have others who are disabled and incarcerated. I guess he isn’t so special after all.
