How do you weigh in on this? Yes? No way? Don't really know? It's worth a discussion and a thread.
After my death, there will still be life, just not for me.

Of course no one really knows but some have faith that there is. What we do know is that life and death are both part of the natural world yet most of us fear death while neglecting life. The natural world formed beyond our control so it makes sense to me that there could also be a spiritual world that exists also out of our control (unknown). My physics teacher in high school on our final day in class as seniors asked us one question and most of us got the answer wrong. The question was "Why?" I think many people reading this as older more experienced adults would get the answer right but when you are a teenager you see things differently or think within a smaller box. As older adults we become more philosophical or as I like to call it an ability to think outside the box so for every answer to a question there is always another question. If there is a human purpose maybe it is to think outside the box and keep asking questions. Or maybe it is to just respect and embrace the miracles of life...

If no one knows, then we are victims to some unknown force. Evil? Benevolent?

Or we do know, having pre-planned this physical experience.
Have you considered the possibility of neither?

Fannie Flagg, of Fried Green Tomatoes fame, shared an interesting theory in another of her novels, The whole Town's Talking. It's a fun, thought-provoking if simple read. I choose her/this fantasy.
