Your hatred of Trump has you reaching. How did he not cooperate? You keep using the term ' Any reasonable person' and 'court of common sense', these are your opinions, not fact or truth. Any president can declassify any document they want, period. You know this to be true (if you really did work with classified info). Who's personal property? What was stolen from who?

I very clearly explained the differences between public opinion and legal conclusions. The property (documents) belonged to the government and Trump stole it. As far as my experience, this situation regarding the right to declassify just before leaving office and then stealing the unclassified documents is unprecedented. That is best for the courts to decide. The argument that he had that power is questionable at best.

The legal system decided that the search was warranted. Trump was not up front about the property that he stole. An informer on the inside expressed grave concern about the sensitive nature of some of the documents that were still labeled TOP SECRET, although he claims to have declassified them. The government would have every reason and right to be concerned that declassifying the stolen documents was an act of poor judgement. They also had every reason and right to question the legality of a snap decision to declassify highly sensitive documents prior to stealing them upon being fired from his job. The government gets some documents back, then they find out there are more, and Trump is even hiding them. Of course there is a court of public opinion and common sense. In no way do I imply that it takes precedence over a legal court. You seem to subscribe to the court of ignorance, rage, and denial.
