Hey y'all! We got on the Seven Seas Mariner (sp?) yesterday and set sail around 6 pm way west alaska time (I am 4 hours behind y'all). The ship is very nice and every other person is from New York or New Jersey...fact not commentary! So far...I have seen a glacier (cool) and learned a few things...
1. I cannot drink red wine anymore...it makes me HOT...and not in a good way!
2. I can lose $20.00 faster than a speeding bullet on a slot machine
3. When I was sowalling last night, I started getting my feelings hurt that no one was responding until I figured out it was 1 am there!!!!
4. I went to bed at 11:30 pm and the freaking sun had not set yet! I got up at 5 am and the freaking sun was still ON!
5. I will never catch up with y'all, but from what I have read things are going well. And yes, I do have a crush on SJ...I mean come on, he saved me from certain death when I fell in Western Lake!
6. I love that Merman (the Persian Princess) has pink paddles!
7. Toots is a stand up gull and I heart her.
8. I have a massage at 9 am. I lied when I said I would give up the spa for sowal. You only live once and you can't take it with you!!!!
