Administrative position within a busy Civil Engineering & Land Planning Company.
Title: Administrative Assistant
Position Status: Full Time
Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K, Paid Vacation and Holidays
Hours: M-F 8AM-5PM
Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000
Responsibilities:
- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate’s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable.
- Greets clients upon arrival.
- Provides current and potential clients with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company website, and other related information.
- Preparing submittal documents for local and state agencies
- Maintaining and managing organized records of prior and current projects
- Receive, sort and forward incoming mail.
- Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
- May also assist with other related clerical duties such as scanning, making copies, typing documents and filing.
- 5 years of relevant experience and/or training
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possession of strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
- Microsoft Office experience IE Word, PowerPoint, Excel
