As sad as Alvin Green appears to be (please watch the Olberman interview tonight - WOW), there are others more sad currently residing in Congress.

Clyburn: Greene may be GOP plant - Andy Barr and Jessica Taylor - POLITICO.com

So Jim Clyburn speculated today that Alvin Green was a Republican plant!!! Because if I was a Republican conspiracy perpetuator in South Carolina and I wanted to plant a Democratic Senatorial candidate to win the Democratic primary - I would choose Alvin Green every single time! Clyburn claims Republicans paid the $10,000 fee for him to run for Senate. Pure speculation - but Clyburn's gut tells him a Republican did it. Clyburn's gut has yet to tell him how the Republicans got almost 60% of voters to choose Alvin Green! Seriously

Put him office. He just might end up better than anyone suspected.

Well this is interesting, democrats elected a guy they knew nothing about, through a party line vote, to be their nominee for the Senate in South Carolina. Turns out the guy was charged with displaying pornographic images to a minor recently and will likely go to jail.

S.C. Dems ask Senate nominee to withdraw after felony charge - TheHill.com

A vote for Greene is a vote for pervs! Vote Democrat in 2010! :D

When was a 18 y/o considered to be a minor (not even in Fla, especially in SC) (This takes it from a Felony to a misdemeanor, lot's of Senators have misdemeanors- we should get rid of all of them)
The Dems have spoken, This is what you get when you have an "OPEN" Primary. This way the GOP can vote the candidate that they want to run against their candidate. I actually think this is pretty smart of them!

Does any of our liberal friends want to explain how this cat actually won their primary? I bet the DNC would pay well for the answer.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

It's called an "OPEN" primary/ This is the process that removed Cynthia McKinney in Ga, (all the Repubs crossed the lines and voted in the Democrats primary and voted for Hank Johnson in the 2006 primary) Thank God for Open primaries we would not have lasted another term with her in office.

She and her Dad started whining and playing, you guessed it: 'the race card'.......because no one can lose on merit and actual personal philosophy of politics, it has to always be color of skin!

Right here!
YouTube - Alvin Greene

I love this guy! He has the stoopid media completely befuddled. He makes reporters squirm and leaves them looking like vindictive meanies. The greatest political candidate ever!

Ok- add me to the list of highly entertained gawkers. The reporter came off as if he was trying to interview Rain Man.

reporter:
"Do you have a vehicle to travel around the state?"
"Is it new?" ....... what the H kind of question is that?

This is so bizarre that something has to be fishy, imo. I will be following because of the unbelievableness of it.
