There are whispers that he may actually throw the competition, and the only thing keeping him there is the thought that a record del might help the family pay bills."

His brother was flown out to LA and went to American Idol I think either the night he performed Always Be My Baby or Music of the Night. He was sitting directly behind Paula. I'll see if I can find the video. There was a big fund-raiser to fly him out there with his wife and a medical attendant.


As far as David A is concerned, it might help to be away from his dad a little.
While singing "Stand by Me", he sang the line from "Beautiful Girls" by Sean Kingston.

Thanks! It was twice as long as the rest of the interviews and I even condensed it. It could have used some more polish but business is starting to pick up and I had to let it go. I was already agonizing over it; I didn't bawl but my throat tightened up and my eyes watered when I was writing the lyrics to Traveling Thru.

He was asked about how it feels to have every move analyzed and written about and broadcast on TV. He said it reminded him of the presidential election, didn't see anything wrong with it. He would watch the news and TV to study what the candidates were saying so he could decide who to vote for. He thought the viewers were doing the same thing. They then asked about his yawning - was he that bored? He said he friends laughed when they heard people thought he was bored. He said he is a chronic yawner.

Hopefully, I can interview Syesha Thursday

Thanks for catching that! The song that Randy chose for her to sing tonight is one she has already performed for the show "The One." Probably one of her best performances on the show. Both Davids I believe have not performed their songs before. Maybe one of the Davids will take the fall for her. :scratch: Randy also has a connection to a song that has been released this week on iTunes that she sings with another artist Boney. I don't know how it can be released while she is on the show
