Any cure for the crud?!

I still haven't gotten over mine, a sinus infection with earaches and teeth aching but no ear infection. I've had it probably 5 or 6 weeks now. I had no fluid in my ears but now all day yesterday I have noticed dizziness. So I think I must have some fluid buildup now in the left ear but am still on my antibiotic. I have 10 pills left. My sore throat is just now going away. I've done a lot of gargling with warm salt water. Hope yours doesn't last long.

thats what makes me think its sinus because its in my teeth, jaw and throat. but who knows. yeah im sure you have fluid in your ear, as you know anything ear or eye related will mess with your equalibrium. i usually swear by theraflu, but i cant drink the nighttime kind having to go into work, so maybe after that. antibiotics usually run me down so much. i had a great decongestant from the doctor and went to get my stash and only had 1 left. hope you feel better soon ladyd!

BottleBlonde82, I asked the pharmacist if Theraflu would help me and they said no, that it would only work for the flu. But I thought it might help my achiness. Yeah, we can be crud buddies together.

ok we'll keep each other posted. i am now at the stage where i feel like im going to drown when i take a drink of anything since i cant breathe out my nose while im drinking, and also eating like a caged animal since i have to breathe out of my mouth while im eating... im sure yall loved that mental picture. im sure tomorrow comes not tasting anything. left work a lil early tonight to get kids in bed and watch a movie on the couch with hubby. trying to keep it low key. not sure if its contagious or not, but if he aggrevates me tonight i'll just roll over and breathe on him...lol. i think i took some tylenol cold pills too close together feeling a lil woosey. i will talk to yall tomorrow. sleep well crud buddy!

Had this stuff too. stayed in the bed my entire 2 days off and still had to stay home one more night, had a low grade fever too. Am back at work tonight, still feel cruddy but no fever and the "niagra fall" effect in my nose has slowed down. Took Tylenol Flu stuff, lots and lots of fluids,slept, then took Nyquil the next day; with lots and lots of fluids; slept some more and now have Dayquil which is helping at work. Very cruddy cruddy stuff!

If you are planning on getting your Sudafed at the Sandestin Publix- don't bother. The pharmacy is completely out until tomorrow.

yeah, went out today and no sudafed in sight. sinus pressure is so bad its causing bad teeth pain. hope this doesnt have to involve a trip to the dentist!!! the pharmacy was hoppin today. hope yall are safe at home. i am now. sending the hubby out to pick up food tonight though. dont feel much like cookin. ttys.
