My crud consists of nausea and a bad headache...bleh...and I don't get to miss class tonight because I missed last week during the show. I think I'll go in my jammies...
When I feel YUCK...I go with the alka seltzer products....7-up...and chicken soup....and oranges......and hot tea...ususally helps....avoid the dairy...especially cheese and increase your fluids...unless your vomiting
and it makes you cough like crazy unless you take half and drink a ton of water...that is what I have found otherwise you become over dry...but it works
