I have been on a SEEFOOD diet for the last 3 months . Combined with not working since September, I have gained 10 lbs. I am going to cut way back on sugar and fat too, and I am going to exercise 5 to 6 days a week. I didn't realize how many calories I was burning when I was working until I put on the weight. I have eaten healthy and exercised for several years, then fell off the band wagon and it has caught up with me. If I lived in SoWal I would ride my bike everyday ,as I did this weekend when I was there. It was so much fun.
