I also forgot to say that the cop searched the car after finding hemostats and rye grass seed on the dash of Mr. DD's car!! You'd have to know him to know that he carries EVERYTHING in that car and the seed he had gotten at the golf course for me to plant around my paper whites for Christmas. I don't really recall what tp the hemostats were for, although the officer did question that. He searched the car and the trunk and I guess he finally decided we were more trouble than we were worth.

that needs to be written up in a short story and submitted to some publication running whacky stories. Oh, I guess you can submit it right here.

I was just singing "Here Comes the Sun" with the staff at Pizza Bar. True. It was on the canned music in the restaurant, and several of us started singing along.

IMO Rubber Soul was their best album, White was second, and Sgt. Pepper was third.

I remember crying when Abbey Road came out and the symbolism on the cover implied that Paul was dead. My friend Peachy Melancon and I totally flipped out.

White was my fave. Then Abbey Road. I too remember playing Revolution #9 backwards, looking for clues, etc. My boyfriend and I used to talk all night on the phone with Abbey Road playing in the background.....over and over and over.

Abbey Road & White Album are about equal for me. This makes me want to crank up the old turnstyle. It's still sitting in the corner - ready to go on a whim! ;-)

Have you heard the soundtrack to the movie Across the Universe? It's all Beatles music. It turned our daughter into a Beatles fan. The apple didn't fall far from the tree in this case (unlike with COLLEGE FOOTBALL :roll.

As pointed out earlier, it's interesting that the Beatles were not sexual at all, more sentimental and whimsical. And, oddly enough, they never did the blues. Some other major groups had no sexual component, either(The Who, Pink Floyd) but, of course, there was always Led Zepellin or Santana, if that was what really turned you on.
