Thanks for the big chili turn out! It feels good to be busy on a cold day like yesterday was. I hope everyone enjoyed to meat loaf today. It was gone before I had a chance to snag supper but I hear there might be a few meatloaf sandwiches tomorrow.

One famous SoWaller has Cincinnati chili on her "despised foods" list. Guess who.
Not all are lovers of Skyline. It's an acquired taste........after a while many even crave it.
Because it isn't real chili. It is Cincinnati Skyline chili, which is the name for runny gruel served in a chain restaurant, and shouldn't even be called chili.
Now, now, It is very real chili. It's Cincinnati Chili. It's not Texas chili. It's greek chili.
