I see a lot of velvet in stores and catalogs, even for men (blazers). The burn-out velvet is gorgeous. And, it does go well with jeans, boots.

Wow, that jacket is pricey.
For $498 I could almost fly to Paris and shop there! (Just found a $544 round trip ticket, PFN to CDG.)
All of my velvet stuff--I have some I like to wear during the holidays--is in storage.
Beach Crazy, I have no idea if the Dillard's in Panama is large or small.
I guess I will find out!
