If a business can't pay rent and can't pay staff then it's losing money or at least treading water stands to reason. Not sure why you're posting otherwise if you know nothing.

Staffing is tough. Restaurant owners have to pay well.
Sorry, I meant the rents are too high for staff and they were well paid plus tips.
We go to the Cowgirl Kitchen each visit. (Miss the Seagrove location but we followed it west.) Intended to stop in there our last visit. Sorry to hear that. Also, watching the weather around the country. We stayed at Gulf Place last July. Have a neighbor with a vacation home there. A former coworker lives in Dune Allen. Hope everyone is safe. You are fortunate that your temperatures are mild. Otherwise damaging winter storms are a challenge. Best wishes to all in our favorite beach area since 1998. Ellen.
