- Job cost accounting - Strong skill in Quickbooks Online
- Profit and loss statements (Budget to Actual Reports) for each job (weekly)
- Ability to run reports by cost code
- Writing all checks weekly
- Drop off checks at office / mail checks
- Sending all bids requests for new jobs
- Email subcontractor with plans
- Electrical
- AV
- HVAC
- Gas
- Roofing
- Plumbing
- Receive bids and file to Google Drive by project
- Email subcontractor with plans
- Writing contracts for confirmed bids (when necessary). Ensure all subcontractors have signed contracts for work
- Use template
- Input price
- Trey / Keitha to provide scope of work to be included
- Insurance management for subcontractors
- Prepare for yearly insurance audit
- Integration of tasks through Asana
- All requests will be made through a task in Asana
- All communication / questions will be in Asana so all can view / edit
- Taxes
- 1099 preparation for CPA
- Job overview spreadsheet: started at lot purchase, finished at project sale
- Administrative duties
- Maintain and organize filing system for each job (banking, surveys, HOA documents, etc)
- Open and organize mail - file, etc.
- Pick up permits
- Drop off permitting items
- Fill out permits, bank information, accounts
- Assemble house spec documents and books, homeowners package
- Template will be provided
- Company emails and filing on Google drive accordingly
- Compile list finish spec book for house sales and realtors
