Go off all you want girl!!!.....I was told about this album just this morning...:clap_1: :clap_1: sounds like a winner! I love Broooce tooCil said:Funny quote from his kids,GTTBM.
I love Brooooce, but also am happy to see Pete Seegar's body of work get some attention. He adapted, wrote, or co-wrote some amazing compositions.
"We Shall Overcome."
"If I Had A Hammer."
"Where Have All the Flowers Gone."
"Turn, Turn, Turn."
It was Seeger's version of "Guantanamera" that a lot of Boomers grew up with, even though he didn't write it.
But yeah. I do love the Boss. Some of the old school guys just keep churning out the same old stuff, but guys like Bruce, Bob Dylan and Neil Young keep evolving. I don't always love what they do, but I love the fact that they try new ideas.
Sorry, I guess I kinda went off there. ;-)
..."The Rising" is my favorite!Allifunn said:Go off all you want girl!!!.....I was told about this album just this morning...:clap_1: :clap_1: sounds like a winner! I love Broooce too..."The Rising" is my favorite!
. I too saw him on GMA this am. The album sounds like it will be wonderful. Guess I'm gonna have to get it! Johnrudy said:don't care for him, never have, and not that it matters. Just felt like saying it. I guess I would agree with his kids.
I was thinking the same thing but was afraid to say it!
