That's Peter Horn's company. He's been around a long time and builds high quality.

I highly recommend Gary Miller Homes. Located in Niceville, he does build in our area. Gary and his sons do hands on every phase of the building process and have their own framing crew and workers. He has been building houses over 15 years in our area. I found him by asking people who is the best builder in our area and they were correct. Builds high in house. Cost is very reasonable. The phone number is 850-678-5100. Gary has won year after year awards in the annual home shows. No I am not on commission with him or do any work for Gary. He just builds a great homes. Ask the real estate sales people around Niceville and Destin and they will all tell you Gary's houses do great on resale just for the fact it was build by him.

One the most difficult things about building a house is getting an accurate estimate from the builder of how much a home might cost to build. It seems that some builders are better at giving accurate estimates than others. Would love to find a good builder that gives accurate estimates!

Monte Hewett Homes of Florida built my home in WaterColor, and they were great all-around. I was so impressed with them (integrity, quality, timeliness, character, etc.) that I went to work for them. When we bid out a house, we bid it out exactly per the plans and specs. We send the plans to about twenty vendors/subs and also price out every piece of wood, etc. to be used.
