As goofy as the article is, it doesn't make sense. If you are truly that worried for your safety and have those kinds of resources then a reputable security expert would tell you that an assassin is going for the head shot. I would think in this day and age an assassin would assume that someone is wearing a bulletproof jacket or vest.
According to even Obama, he is one of the (if not THE MOST), well protected person in the world - let's all hope it is enough to security to derail any real threat.
