Cremated and remains scattered in the Gulf of Mexico at Seagrove Beach at sunset, with everyone standing around with a drink of choice in their hand bidding me farewell.

YES I DO!!!!!!:clap::clap:Now that would be cool!!!!! Ok, so you can put my ashes in the middle of the spray and put me to sail in the Gulf!!!!

My sister passed away two years ago and we had her cremated. Her death was very unexpected, as she was my current age. She lived near and loved, the Gatlinburg Mountains. We took her ashes to a beautiful overlook, sang hymes, each threw a rose and said prayers, before each released some of her ashes. There is NO way that her service, could've been more moving or memorable, to us! I also buried a 10 month old son, 22yrs. ago. He is buried at my Father's feet, which has been of comfort, to me! After his burial, we were leaving the cemetary and my then 5yr. old son, Russ, shocked us! He replied that, "he saw God come down on a string and put Robert Alan, in his back pack"! You can't ignore, a comment like that! I will be an organ doner and honestly, don't really care about my remains. With so many environmentaly concerned people, there are options. These, are some great ones!:clap:There was an article in today's paper, about The Natural Burial Company. Never heard of it, but, it really sounds interesting!

My remains will be buried in the Point Washington Cemetery, just behind my parents and grandparents. If I have any organs worth having, take them first.

And you are NEVER too young to think about this. This is the one decision that is all about you that you won't have a say in.

I am all about cremation. Our 2 1/2 year old daughter died over a year ago. We had her cremated- there was really no other choice in our opinion. We couldn't imagine putting her tiny body in a casket and leaving her in a cemetery- in the cold, etc... I think a lot of people don't understand decisions/situations until they are in the mix of it. We have some of her cremains in a locket, and I wear it. I love it- I feel her close to me. My husband and I both want to be cremated and then have our cremains mixed with our daughter's. Then I have no idea where our cremains will be placed- I guess our son can determine that! I don't really care b/c I know I will be in a MUCH better place... I do like Kimmifunn's idea of Jordan-Hare stadium- that would be a-okay with me!

We all love the Gulf/beach- so that is good, too. Like I said- my soul will be in heaven with my daughter- so put my ashes where ever!
I love that you keep her so close to you.
