Wrong John, BLM does not promote the killing of law enforcement no matter how many times you repeat it or hear it on Fox. This is on the Nazi terrorists who found it safe to come out of the shadows under Trump and no one else. Out of all the counter protest groups I'm curious why you only focus on BLM.

Again you try to make this something with me that its not.

I don't condone either side. They both are wrong, both are criminal in their acts. I don't defend the Nazi terrorists but call attention to the other terror groups on the other side of that equation. I'm not going to get into a debate with you about your or my politics. People that advocate the killing of pubic servants are just as bad as those that discriminate based on race, color or creed. You implication about my "focus" on BLM shows you have absolutely no clue... Stop trying to reach. BTW, I don't watch Fox news, CNN, MSN, etc.

What happen there in VA, IS WRONG!

Agree it's wrong and of course there are a few extreme far leftist that believe in violence, but on the scales of hate and violence the far right massively outweighs the left. Both sides are not equal here.

Not to defend Trump, but let's quote what was said. He said things were wrong on many sides. He didn't call out brown people, white people and anyone else.
I support John G's original comments 100%.
People were headed to that rally for all the wrong reasons. Period.
There always was and still is, a better way that this should be handled than what happened.

Hate begets hate.

Read that again and then work not to propagate it.

Beware whenever someone starts a sentence telling you what they are not going to do followed by "but."

You just defended Trump. Don't let the media haze and hype cause you to think there is a gray area here. A nazi has murdered an American. There is no more playing around with words.

Have courage. Pick a side. Don't be confused. Your choice is hate and racism and murder, or standing up against hate and racism and murder.

There is to limited degree violence on both side but that doesn’t mean that the beliefs driving each side are morally equivalent. Good read from PBS U.S. sees 300 violent attacks inspired by far right every year

Absolutely Trump should have taken the side of the counter protestors against the white supremacist, KKK, and Nazis. Violence and hatred is an integral part of their history and philosophy. For the other side it’s a reaction-sometimes justified- to violence directed at them. To draw as Trump said ‘both sides do it’ is an appalling and frightening oversimplification.

We all need to be responsible for our own actions regardless of what's said or pushed in the media.

Spoons don't make Rosie O'Donnell fat...

While I respect your positions, I don't need to agree with them.
I appreciate the discussion remaining on an even keel.
It'd take 15 minutes to toss articles back showing how any another side has been guilty of similar deeds as above.

I choose not to play the game.
