That is great news! Anytime a PAC-10 team is beaten in softball is a big accomplishment (and that about exhausts my knowledge of NCAA softball). I saw the Alabama baseball team won their first game, too. I have always liked coach Wells;I hope they make it to Omaha. And heres hoping LSU makes it back to Omaha as well...

Bama girls have to get past the Ragin Cajuns first.

Hopefully LSU baseball will represent the SEC, as I know my Rebels are not going to get out of thier bracket, even if they can manage to take Missouri, who they lost to in the opener, they have to get past #1 Miami, and I don't see that happening.

WAR EAGLE. Should be another great year in the SEC. My wife is a GA grad, so i am STILL hearing the barking from last year's woodshed event. Those guys are scary good.

Anybody know anything about Tenn.'s team this coming year?
