It was like watching a cosmic time warp where Cramer morphed from between the roles "contrite trader" and "aware-of-his-ratings entertainer." Analogman, you said he was humbled. I agree. I hope Mr. Cramer (and CNBC) can use this as an object lesson to rein in the spittle that oftentimes is pitched as advice.

I could not bring myself to watch it last night ... I need to watch it but it sounds kind of painful. Good for Stewart though. Those first two clips that SHELLY posted were about the funniest, most on-target things I've seen in a long time.

John Stewart's an underrated interviewer. He won't get rude to a guest, but will consistently call them on their bull when they try to evade a question.

Stewart, like every other pundit, is guilty of over simplifying things and avoiding the truth to protect his choosen political party. I use to enjoy him 6 years ago but now he is just another partisan hack. Hopfully change in Washington will entice him to swing back to the center.

I loathe both Cramer and Stewart. Watching those two together would have been like Gitmo water torture. I agree, Stewart is just another partisan hack.
