I admit that there are many people that will die with their convictions and nothing we can do or say that will change that. My hope for humanity is not going to change because a few or maybe a lot of people are brain washed with false purpose and destructive behaviors. Happy is the first person who has admitted these destructive behaviors in choosing a false principle over the greater good. Maybe I do not know what it means to be Christian but I am pretty sure that ain't it...

I am a recovering Christian. I turned away over fifty years ago.
There is one thing the right all believe is Christian that isn’t and that thing is America.
This is what makes them a danger to democracy.

Okay this is another example of a person who is either disconnected from society or who has found a way to make money on the conflict created by the political divide that exists all over the world. Stupid is an inability or slow ability to learn. He has missed the point entirely in that politics has found a way to evoke an emotional refusal to learn. I have been there and done that but I somehow escaped to a place where I can think for myself. I do not need people to think for me and all of us have that same ability. There is a percentage of course of people who have mental deficiencies but he is not talking about that. He does not trust government and I agree to a point however we all need protection and safety and health which our government can provide and does provide. Government is not perfect just like none of us are perfect. Democracy is a slow process of keeping government honest and transparent. As we age maybe we are all getting a little impatient so I get it but this world would be a lot more dangerous for all of us without government...
