I'm not disputing that Fox wins the cable news rating race - just pointing out for all cable programming, wrestling and Spongebob kick their a**, as do House and NCIS reruns.

And, of course, American Idol on broadcast whips all of them about fivefold. So, if you want to equate quality with ratings, I am afraid you are barking up the wrong tree.

That's a little scary. It sounds like the increase in viewers can be attributed to former non-news-watchers. That doesn't speak well of Fox credibility if they're capitalizing on the emotions of the ignorant and misinformed.

I don't find them any more biased than any of the other news networks or outlets, and less so than some like MSNBC and the NYT. I really don't know of any outlet that is completely unbiased, I really don't think it's possible.
