Update:

We're getting close! I am trying to call the family that belongs to this dog. I'll let the board know when I've located them.

I see that Perspicacity has found the momma:clap:, but I have to ask how you discovered the family of this cute dog?

It was the family that I knew, they live full time in Seaside and part time back home in Albany. I tried to call them a couple of times at their number here with no answer. I emailed my boss who is good friends with them, I knew he would have thier cell number. His wife had just talked to them about the missing dog and they called back to give them the info after reading my email. I think the owner was at Perspicasity within 5 minutes. They are VERY HAPPY and THANK EVERYONE!

I forgot that the family's last name was etched into the back of the tag. I was thinking it had only the County name. I am so glad that dog found his momma.

...I couldn't look until I saw this thread get longer. Kudos to all who worked so hard to reunite the pup and his people. This also helped remind me to get Molly a new tag. I noticed she has chewed the phone number off hers!
