Two Buck Chuck sounds better. The first time I heard the expression, I thought it meant ground chuck.
For two bucks, it cannot be very good, right? I realize it is not Shafer Hillside Select but is it even drinkable? Or do they use the bottles as paperweights or objects d'art?
Yes, I was almost attacked in Boston for holding doors. I tried to explain that I was from the South and holding doors and such is in my DNA. It did not go over well. I don't want to talk about it.
).When my brother got beat up by that woman type, he proceeded to ditch his Southern accent. Still comes out with UM brella and IN surance.![]()
Who is Chuck anyway? I thought his name was Joe!![]()
The Boston lady who tried thugging you probably couldn't understand a word that came out of your mouth (and I bet you couldn't understand her accent either).
As for the Two Buck Chuck, which is in actuality Three Buck Chuck once it crosses the Mississippi, it's not bad! Some varieties are better, like the Merlot that I prefer over the Cab but it's not Boone's Farm, not by a long shot.
