Regardless of case status, you are Not telling the truth.

As for the insurance, as an elected official I'd expect you to be held to a higher standard.

So according to what the Clerk of Courts letter states she has no pending cases and owes no money. Kind of makes your issues unsubstantiated. I suppose this is kind of like gamesmanship on your part.

I believe the ad stated she had the suit filed against her, and a letter from the Clerks office stating that she had no "open" cases in Walton County does not mean the suit wasn't filed. I believe it was moved to another county due to the recusal of all of the local judges. It appears to have been settled on Juky 16th. How it was settled I don't know but maybe she will tell you. The second letter states she Owes the County no money - did she pay it back ? I think the ad stated she owed the money to the taxpayers of Walton county. Just saying !
