Much as they don't belong on the road, they can be made street legal. I have noted that most on 30A are street legal. They have tail lights and carry a tag. Contact your Florida legislator to change the law.

We don't need to change the law, they are already breaking the law most of the time.

We just need to crack down on enforcement.
