I'm confused by your posts, Steven. Are you asking us how to recommend a good workout/eating plan, or, are you trying to give us advice? Your first post reads like you are telling us how to eat and excercise. Your next post sounds like you are asking us how to workout without joining a gym. Your third post asks us to approve your current regiment. I am beginning to think about eating some SPAM for breakfast. I hear it's tasty in Hawaii.

Steven, is this a joke? Assuming for a moment that it is not, you need to know that your diet sounds downright dangerous. First of all, two cups of Citrucel a day??? Serving size is 1 scoop. I don't know exactly how big the scoops are, but they should be closer to 1/4 cup if that.

Sounds as if you are bulking up on fiber in order to flush more calories from your system. That is NOT healthy. Other than the almonds and possibly your cereal, there is very little nutritional value in the menu you posted. You need protein! You need carbs! And you need CALORIES to run on! I don't believe a male trying to lose weight should eat less than 1,600-1,800 calories, and it may be as much as 2,000, I forget because I am not a male.

If you are combining this with two solid hours of working out, it is just plain unsustainable on that diet. You may lose a lot of weight, but 1) you can and probably will harm your bones big-time, 2) you WILL lose muscle because you are not eating any protein to speak of, 3) you could screw up your metabolism for life.

Slow and steady weight loss is FAR healthier and trust me, it will be easier to keep off. Either this is a bad joke and you are a silly troll or you are on the verge of an eating disorder.

Here is a great sensible website, and it's free: www.calorie-count.com.

"...Moreover, consume notless than 1100kcal per day (uwill regain the weight if u do,trust me, I've tried it). .."

Maybe.

I weighed 250 lbs (+) in Oct '03

Started walking 5 to 10 miles per day and cut down
calories to 600/ day.

In Aug. '04 I was at 140 lbs. Everyone thought I had aids.

Later took up running instead of walking but then had
knee problems while preparing for a marathon (did not
run the marathon) so took up cycling. Have pedaled over
1200 miles since Sept. 1 '07

At about 165 now, which is not a bad level to be at,
but would prefer to be @ 155.

140 was just too low.

Was ugly after losing the weight but was ugly before as well.

Low calories did not bother me but might bother someone else.

600 calories? I would have a hard time working out at that level. I have to eat all day to maintain or lose weight. I try to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Dinner is a bowl of cereal. Breakfast like a king! 1 hour of cardio 3 times a week and power yoga or weight training every day not doing cardio. Spin for cardio will kick your butt! Power Yoga if you do not like weights. You really do not need them. I think the real trick is to quit processed foods. I worked out with a trainer for years and really did not see the improvements I wanted. She finally convinced me that diet is 75% or more of the whole deal. You will never see abs if you do not figure out a diet that works for you. Also, quit calling it a diet. It really has to be a lifestyle change because if you want results to last you have to find a way to live that you are comfortable with. I actually enjoy eating a healthy diet. It becomes a part of my lifestyle.

Steven, Of course that is a way to lose fast but it is a real recipe for rapid weight gain once you stop. I would recommend a 5-6 meal a day program that incorporates more whole food in your diet. This will alleviate the need to use Citrucel. Good luck!
