Got Stood Up!!!!!

Life of a 40 something single girl just sucks...(can I say that Kurt).......Was stood up Saturday night....and I am really sad and questioning my self worth...am I old? Am I too fat? Is my hair not right? Was there a bugger in my nose??? What gives??? Advice please!!!!

I am not fishing for compliments....just want anyone who wishes to join in on the pity party.

IMO you dodged a major bullet - anyone who "stands someone up" isn't worth dating! :angry: That's just SO rude, especially in this day and age of umpteen ways to communicate!

Well said. I have no real advice. If I were to suddenly be single, I don't think I'd date anyone 'till my girls were grown. (Wouldn't bring'em home anyway). Have funn with being you and do what you like to do. If Mr. Right is out there, he'll find you.

Not to worry, me and the "humma" will be there if I am still standing from the night before. Might have to bring me a stretcher and IV liquids.....I am having Birthday funn the night before the soiree.......
