Now TMZ says it was not owned by MKO.

Weird. CNN's report says, according to the New York Times, the apartment is owned by MKO.

Horrible/sad... I know it is an overused expression, but he did, on the surface, have everything to live for..talent, youth, good looks, money, and a great career--I am speechless.

I have always had the biggest crush on that guy for some reason. I am in shock. He always somehow seemed like someone I knew. He just seemed such a really nice and normal kind of guy.

I remember when I first laid eyes on him in The Patriot.

I absolutely adored him in Brokeback Mountain.

I will miss him.

I haven't read the Drudge report yet but I've been hearing on the news this afternoon that he did NOT do drugs (or at least not in excess). I heard he was diagnosed w/ depression a few yrs. back.

Also, I've noticed in the last few years he'd was looking very haggard, unkempt and THIN.
