Ok, I have the mayo and the white bread...call me SJ when they are ready!!!

After this discussion yesterday, I was craving tomato sandwiches- very thin Pepp Farm bread, Hellmann's, black pepper, and tomatoes. YUM!

Throw some homemade bread and butter pickles on there and you have the best tomatoe sandwich you ever ate. You MUST use the Hellmann's mayonaise, nothing else tastes like it!!!

Here is some pictures of my daddy's garden in Old Town, Florida. I told him after he sent these to me that I wished I had gotten his green thumb gene. He said "That's ok honey, you got the beauty gene". I love my daddy!!!

Oh Kathy - your Daddy is a keeper - I have a friend who was quite a babe in her youth - not that she is ugly now at 50 - but EVERYTIME she goes to see her dad - he points out the old picture from 30 years ago on the mantle and mentions how beautiful she use to be. Use to be----thanks Dad.

You cannot buy them in SoWal. All you get here are the chemically enduced red ones, which were not ripe when they were harvested -- far from being good tasting. Didn't you read the lyrics to the song? "Only two things that money can't buy, that's true love and home grown tomatoes."

Ain't that the truth. For years I thought I hated mayonaise. Growing up my mom only bought Miracle Whip. I thought that was the same as mayo....wrong! Can't have a good burger or mater sandwich without the Hellmanns.

Hellman's Light for me, if used sparingly.

Jay Odum is considering having a farmer's market in his new Freeport project, Hammocks Bay. From where those farmers will come is an unknown to me.

Yesterday, I toured Hammock's Bay and was very impressed.
