This made me remember there was a TV show by that name- why I know this since I was a pre-schooler, who knows :dunno:Anyway, I looked it up and yes, it is a HOOT, especially the part about Pete Seeger being blacklisted!

HOOTENANNY : Hootenanny TV Show

I remember that show---and I was no pre-schooler. :bang:

Hootenanny and Shindig! All us hip cats were watching them shows. And don't forget "Where the Action Is", with Paul Revere and the Raiders. Cool, man, cool.

Classic! :rotfl:

Isn't it weird when people name their animals something like Steve? No lie, there is a bloodhound in my hood (which is strange enough) that looks just like Sweet Pea. His name is Steve. WTH~~~~~~~

Oh, I LOVE human names for pets.

Here's my little "John." (RIP ) No other name would have fit him any better.

It all depends on the dog.

Than there is when you use a family name for the dog ........... then name a baby that years later. Bad enough the dog you named after uncle so-and-so was the infamous misbehaving, sheet eating, furniture humping bane of the neighborhood/family, but then to give that middle name to a baby several years after the dog is finally gone.
