Thanks so much! But I'll be there right with y'all. That's the thing about a healthy lifestyle - you have to stick with it!
So proud of Cork and Tootsie and their yoga class! I just added the weight machines (strength training I guess) to my cardio workout (which is usually an elliptical.) I've learned how to use all the lower body machines and tomorrow I start on the upper body (and boy do I need help with my upper arms!)
Now back to eating my semi-healthy pizza (turkey pepperoni, kalamata olives, diced tomatoes, basil, garlic and lowfat provolone on whole grain flatbread.) Oh yeah, and a glass of Spanish Rose (red wines are loaded with anti-oxidants, don't ya know????
