"I heard that..." in a rather southern/country accent.. ???

It is what it is - well its just a common expression that has become even more common these days which means I'm tired of it already. but I think its okay in terms of what it means - it isn't negative or derogatory. It is what it is.

actually, my very favorite expressions can't be posted. ha ha. seriously. (I believe we had a recent thread about our favorite bad expressions).
