2nd. A good Irish Pub & Restaurant, Steelers Headquarters and good place to watch any game, and a good man, Mr. Jack. Seemed the place was just really starting to get settled in.

Hope it all wasn't too good to be true, and we see his place up and running again soon.

Just left there. Fire marshalls on scene. Mainly just the back deck is gone. Some smoke and a little water damage inside, but plans to be open again very soon (a couple of days).

Here's the latest on 30A...............

McTighes back deck caught on fire around 5:00 AM due to a heater placed to keep his birds in cages warm.

He should be back in business in a day or two.

My heart goes out to him.

They suspect that the lamp for the birds may have been the start but cant be sure because the lamp had been in use for several days. There was also a cooler in the vicinity of the starting point that could be the culprit but no one will know until the electricians and fire marshalls finish, and they said that could take several more hours.
