I don't worship anything and I don't need to believe in some fairy tale to enjoy and appreciate this life. Why should your version of a god be any more valid than someone else's version? Make a list of all the gods people worship then check off the ones you don't believe in and you will find my list has just one more check mark than yours.

When are you going to get it through your fat head that I don't care how life originated. It is an unanswerable question that neither you nor anyone else on this planet can answer. I certainly don't need to cling to some primitive superstition or believe in some sky father to be happy.

You know, the complete denial of a supreme being by some here is getting tiresome for some of us. You have obviously never been in a position to strenthen the belief that there is sometihing which none of us can readily recognize. I have. I am not a church going Christian but I am a believer in a higher power than an ordinary human.

What is even more tiresome is those who believe in a supreme being insisting everyone else live according to their religious beliefs. Why can't you just practice your faith with those who share your beliefs and leave the rest of us out of it. The gay marriage issue is the perfect example. It is not a religious issue, it is a human rights issue. Christians claim it's an attack on them and will bring about the end times.

Interesting how you use idiot and stupid so often when referring to other posters. Not what could be called civil. Andy, you forget that I grew up in the church, every Sunday morning, night and Wednesdays, so I'm not unfamiliar with it's meaning. In fact, my father was a part time preacher who would travel around to different towns to fill in for absentee pastors. I may be more familiar with it's meaning than you.

With what has happened to me in my lifetime, while I may be wrong, I am comfortable with having no time for non believers.
