Darlene I couldn't agree with you more on the Bruce concert thing. He plays forever and I was literally exhausted after his show. I don't see how he does it. But I loved it.

I know...and guess what? He is starting a new tour. :clap:However, when I bought my tickets back in 1984 they were $20.00. I am sure I would probably have to take out a second mortgage on my home to afford one now. :D

That's what I paid the scalper in front of Lakeland Civic Center in 1980. :clap:It was The River tour. I decided it would be worth it as the line got more crowded as I had my infant baby with me. Hubba was a big fan and we were still practically newlyweds and I wanted to surprise him. I was the one surprised after that show. I did not know I 'd Bruce til then. He's a worker bee. ;-) So is Mr. Eric Clapton. Lord have mercy. ;-) Have you seen him? How about John Fogerty from Creedence? He rocks it too.

I would need to go into training to do a Bruce concert. It's like a marathon. A group of us from work went to see him in Rupp Arena after the release of The Rising (his 9/11 tribute). The company rented a limo for the ride to Lexington, so we started drinking on the way. Our seats were up pretty high, the upper tier of Rupp is scary with heels and alcohol. I didn't sit down until we got back in the limo and then I was whupped. I can't party with the Boss like it's the 80's. I know we paid alot more than $20 for the concert after 9/11, I'd hate to think what it'd cost today. But you certainly get your moneys worth with him.
