Bos basically put his empire up for sale last spring piece by piece. I think he did this to raise capital to keep it afloat. Well he has gotten many many deals in the making - but I think the potential buyers can smell blood in the water and have backed off a bit and wait and see how much cheaper they can get it in 6 mos or a year from now. Seeing this article in the news will just reaffirm to the potential buyers that they should indeed just wait. I really feel sorry for the people working for him that are already struggling to make ends meet.
