Holy cow! I think some people put a coat of wax on the front of their car and leave it on until the season is over. I have always felt that some chemist somewhere could figure out what it is in lovebug guts that is so darn sticky-they could make the world's greatest glue out of that stuff.

Are they there now? Will they be gone by Friday? Do I need to buy a screen for my truck? These things almost rurnt my car last year.

It's definitely lovebug season here. Whenever we stop at a traffic light, they all seem to swarm to our car, which is white. Have you ever noticed that lovebugs love white?

I notice that lovebugs love the tourists' cars. Yes, they are definitely here. Take the burb to the car wash immediately upon arrival. Do not let the love bugs melt into the paint.

I'm arriving after 6PM, Where's the nearest carwash

They won't harm your windshield.

Spray the front bumper, grill, lights, etc. with Pam and they will wash right off.

This can't be good for the car

Keep your speed below 45mph and they won't stick to your car.
