This adjustment was not from when he was acting TDC director. It was from July 8, 2017 through 9/15/17. Larry Jones was out for medical reasons and Mr. Sunday was filling in. Mr. Sunday seems to be quite competent to wear multiple hats when needed.

Some people don’t let the facts alter their position.

Shirl Williams was the Assistant County Admin when Ronnie Bell was the County Administrator. She declined the Interim position when Ronnie left and Lyle Siegler served as Interim. I found an article:
