According to my WaterColor books, that color is not in the "Martha Stewart Everyday Collection" which WaterColor uses. However, there are exceptions made by the architectural review committee.

That house has an outdoor fireplace, attached to the east side of the house, which appears to have the same siding lining the back of it. WTPh??? :dunno:

So THAT is how Martha continued to rake in the $$$ while she spent time "in West Virginia". She sold a lot of paint to Watercolor builders!

WaterColor will allow you to use other brands, but it has to match Martha's color samples which WaterColor selects.

Are you refering to the WC three story house on the south side of 30-A, to the east of the Inn? The one that looks like it is prepped for painting?

That's the one! I think it kind of looks like a church. The architect is Dawn Thurber of Grayton. She does great work!

Hmmmm, a church? Maybe that's because most folks would need a prayer or two to buy that place!!!!

Has Dawn designed many other homes around? I would love to see her other work...any pics or addresses?
